If you are unable to receive SMS from ProBit Global within the given time, consider following the steps below.
- Check if your devices are configured to use Global Network Time instead of manually set time.
- SMS codes usually take some time to arrive, so please wait for the requested SMS before asking for a new one. We suggest only asking for one code every 15 minutes.
- Copy and paste the code into the designated empty box and select the "submit" button while the code is still valid and visible on your device.
- Make sure to verify that you are accessing the correct email account associated with your ProBit Global registration.
- Additional troubleshooting:
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Verify if you have any blocked phone numbers. If you think that someone is sending you text messages but you are not able to receive them, please check if you have blocked their number.
- Check your network connection. If you notice a weak or no signal bar on your phone, try moving places or finding an elevated location for improved signal.
- Disable Airplane mode. Airplane mode disables all wireless communication, not just Wi-Fi. Verify on your device settings to ensure that Airplane mode is not enabled. Once you disable it, check your network connection.
- Clear the cache of your texting app. After doing so, reboot your phone and restart the app.

In case you followed all of the above steps but the issue is still not resolved, please provide the following information through the Submit a request form. Make sure to provide all the following information:
- Your country of residence
- Your mobile service provider (E.g: Verizon, Teléfonica, Claro, etc)
- The date on which the issue began
- Action you were trying to perform and reason why you could not receive the SMS code (E.g: login, add phone number, reset password, etc).
