How to Delete a Phone Number

To delete a phone number from your ProBit Global account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ProBit Global account and navigate to My Page.
2. On the left-hand pane, click on the “Security” tab, and click the “Delete” button next to Phone number.
   

1. You will be prompted to verify 2FA, please follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.  

2. Your phone number has been successfully removed.

If for any reason you no longer have access to the registered phone number, please create a ticket for the ProBit Global Support Team through the Submit a request link with the following details:

Required information:

• Name
• ProBit Global registered email address
• Phone number
• The last amount that was transferred to your ProBit Global wallet
• The last transaction ID that was transferred to your ProBit Global wallet

Required documents:

To delete your phone number, please provide the following:

• A clear, unedited photo of your ID card or passport.
• A handwritten note that includes:

• Your ProBit Global email address
• The current date
• The phrase: "ProBit Global delete my phone number"

• A full-page screenshot from the exchange or platform used for one of your most recent transactions to your ProBit Global wallet. Please ensure the TXID/hash is visible.

Important Notes:

• Screenshots from ProBit Global, blockchain explorers, or email will not be accepted as per our policy. You must log in to the platform used for the withdrawal and provide a screenshot showing the transaction details to verify your ownership.
• Once all the required information and documents are received and verified, we will manually remove your phone number from the account.
• Please note that it may take up to 7 days to process your request after document confirmation.
