- Users will receive ONE in proportion to the subscription rate. Unused PROB will be refunded.
Example:
- Oversubscription: If ONE sale is 2X oversubscribed, all users will receive 50% of their subscribed amounts. Received distribution will be proportionate to the oversubscription rate.
- Undersubscription: If ONE sale is undersubscribed, all users will receive 100% of their subscribed amounts.
