How to Deposit
- Log in to your ProBit Global account
- Click on Wallet → Deposit
- To find your deposit address, first select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit (for example, if you're depositing XRP, click on "XRP"). Your deposit address will then appear on the right side of the screen. You can copy the address directly using the copy icon or scan the provided QR code.
★ Before making a deposit, please carefully review the deposit instructions and double-check all details to ensure that they are correct.
- Once your deposit is processed successfully, you are able to trade on ProBit Global.
★ Important Note about Destination Tags/Memos:
Some tokens (such as XRP) require you to enter a destination tag or a specific memo when making a deposit.
It is important to include the correct memo with your transaction for these cryptocurrencies. If you forget to include it, please contact the ProBit Global Support Team so we can help you recover your funds.
ProBit Global will only communicate via our official email address, and will never ask for sensitive information such as passwords, bank details, or any other confidential information.

★ Confirmations:
Once the transaction has started, it may take some time for the deposit to be processed and reflected in your account due to network confirmations. These confirmations are necessary to prevent double-spending and are automatically processed.
How to Withdraw
- Log in to your ProBit Global account.
- Click on Wallet → Withdrawal
- Please select the desired blockchain network to process your withdrawal.
- After selecting the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (for example, click on USDT if you're withdrawing Tether), you can enter your withdrawal address on the right side of the screen. This withdrawal address is the address of your personal wallet or the deposit address for that specific coin on another platform.
★ You can select your preferred wallet address from your saved addresses. To add a new withdrawal address, please refer to the How to manage address book article.
★ Important Note about Destination Tags/Memos:
Some tokens (such as XRP) require a memo to be entered when withdrawing. If you forget to enter the memo, you will need to contact the receiving platform for assistance.
- When selecting the destination for your withdrawal under ‘Address Origin’, choose the appropriate exchange or platform from the list. If the platform you're sending your tokens to isn't shown, select 'Others'. Keep in mind that you must select a destination to proceed with your withdrawal.
- Certain cryptocurrencies offer the option to pay network fees using a different coin. If available, you can select your preferred payment method for the network fee.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the ‘Withdrawal Amount’ field, and click ‘Withdraw’.
★ Important Precaution
Before proceeding, please double-check the withdrawal address, amount, and all other relevant details. ProBit Global cannot guarantee the recovery of assets sent to an incorrect address.
As mentioned on the Withdrawal screen, there are minimum withdrawal amounts and fees when making a withdrawal.
- Once you click "Withdraw" you will see a pop up page to confirm your withdrawal request. Please review the information carefully, and if everything is correct, click "Confirm" to proceed.
- After clicking "Confirm," an email verification code will be sent to the email address registered with your account. Please retrieve this code from your email and enter it to proceed.
- Please enter the 6-digit verification code and click “Submit”. Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted.
If your withdrawal has not been processed after 24 hours, please open a ticket with the ProBit Global support team for further assistance.
