How To Change The Email Address Linked To Your ProBit Global Account

  1. Log in to the ProBit Global website, click on the 'My Page' dropdown menu and select 'Security'

  1. In the ‘Security’ section, find ‘Email’ and click [Change] on the right.

  1. Change to a new email address.

In the ‘New email address’ field, enter your updated email address and select ‘Send code’. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code in your new email inbox. Retrieve the code and enter it in the provided field to verify your new email address.

  1. After entering the verification code, click on [Submit] to complete the email address change.

  1. Once your email address has been updated, a confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Before changing your email address, please note the following disclaimer:

Please Note:

  • To protect your assets, there will be a 24-hour limit on withdrawals;
  • After updating your email, you will be unable to change it again for 30 days;
  • The number of times you can change your email address is limited.

  1.  A confirmation message will be displayed once the process is complete. Remember, there will be a 24-hour withdrawal limit following your email update.

  1. Log in to the ProBit Global app.
  2. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab, then select ‘Email’ under the ‘OTP’ section. Tap [Change] to proceed.

  1. Change email

Enter your updated email address in the ‘New email address’ field and select ‘Send code’. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your new email address. Enter the code once received.

  1. After entering the verification code, tap on [Submit] to complete the email address change.

  1. Once your email address has been updated, a confirmation email will be sent to your new address upon completion.

Please Note:

  • To protect your assets, there will be a 24-hour limit on withdrawals;
  • After updating your email, you will be unable to change it again for 30 days;
  • The number of times you can change your email address is limited.

  1.  A confirmation message will display once the process is complete. Remember, there will be a 24-hour withdrawal limit following your email update.

  1. Once you have successfully changed your email, you will have to update your email address on your chosen ‘Authenticator’ app for 2FA.  To do this, open your Authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator), and swipe right (for Android) or swipe left (for iOS) on the OTP to edit and update your email address.

  1. Once updated, tap ‘Save’ and your Authenticator App will be ready.
