- Users will receive SAND in proportion to the subscription rate. Unused PROB will be refunded during distribution time.

- Subscribed SAND are NOT subject to any lock-up period.
- Over-subscription: Allotment to each participant will be proportionate to his or her application amount. For example, if SAND sale is 2X oversubscribed, all participants will receive 50% of their subscribed amount. If SAND sale is 10x oversubscribed, all participants will receive 10% of their subscribed amount.
- Undersubscription: If SAND sale is undersubscribed, all users will receive 100% of their subscribed amounts
