If you wish to delete your account, please send a request using the Submit a request form that can be found by clicking on Support and Contact Us on the main page.
In the Contact Us form, choose the “Account (Email/2FA/Password/SMS/KYC/Deactivate) → Delete Account” category, and fill in the application according to the on-screen instructions:
- Please indicate your ProBit Global email address under which the account was registered, and the reason why you wish to delete the account.
- Please make sure that you are contacting us from the same email address as the account that you are requesting to delete.
- Please cancel any open orders before making the request. The open orders can be checked here. An account with open orders can not be deleted.
- If you have any coins staked, please make sure to unstake them first. An account with active staking can not be deleted.
- Please be sure to withdraw your assets prior to submitting your request as any account with a remaining balance can’t be deleted.
- Make sure to download your Transaction History and Trade history since they will not be accessible upon the deletion of your account.
