▶ Terms and Conditions
- ProBit Exclusive Lite sale is conducted on a subscription basis. Users may only subscribe with PROB within the subscription period.
- Users will receive AMB in proportion to the subscription rate. Unused PROB will be refunded during distribution time.
- All ProBit Exclusive Lite subscriptions made using PROB are accepted proportionately during the sale. ProBit Exclusive Lites are NOT first-come, first serve.
- Subscribed AMB are NOT subject to any lock-up period.
Examples:
- Oversubscription: If AMB sale is 2X oversubscribed, all participants will receive 50% of their application amounts. Allotment to each participant will be proportionate to his or her application amount.
- Undersubscription: If AMB sale is undersubscribed, all users will receive 100% of their application amounts.
- Results will be announced before the distribution on January 7, 2021, at 07:00 UTC.
