How to update the phone number via My page?

For users who already have a phone number linked to their accounts, updating is not possible via My page > Security. However, users can delete the existing phone number.

How to update the phone number via Customer Support?

If you would like to update the registered phone number, please create a ticket for the ProBit Global Support Team through the Submit a request link. Please make sure to indicate the information and provide the following documents:

Required information:

  • Your full name
  • ProBit Global registered email address
  • Old phone number (with country code)
  • New phone number (with country code)
  • The name of the platform used to send the last transaction for ProBit Global (if applicable)

Required Documents:

1.  A full-page screenshot with visible TXID and transaction details of one of your previous successful deposits to ProBit Global.

 ★ ProBit Global wallet, blockchain explorer, and email screenshots will not be accepted.

 2. Clear unedited selfie, together with your ID and a handwritten note with the following:

 

  • “ProBit Global update phone number request" phrase written (title of your request)
  • Your name
  • Your ProBit Global email
  • Your old  phone number (with country code)
  • Your new phone number (with country code)
  • The date of your request (today)

3. A clear, unedited, close-up photo of your ID with the handwritten note only. The note should have all the necessary details written as visible in the following example:

 

 

SMS limitation in specific countries

Certain countries are not able to receive phone number verification via SMS due to challenges with our telecommunications provider.

If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu in the phone number registration section, it will not be possible to add or change the phone number in your account. 

We advise users to set up a two-factor authenticator (OTP) and Passkey in order to add an additional layer of protection to their accounts.
