How to Solve Problems with Withdrawals
If you're experiencing an issue with your withdrawal, please follow these steps:
Check the Transaction Status:
- Go to your Wallet → Transaction History and locate the withdrawal.
- Check its status. If the status shows as "Processing," please be patient. Most blockchains require time to process withdrawals.
- Only contact customer support if your withdrawal has not been processed within 24 hours.
Canceling a Withdrawal:
- If you want to cancel your withdrawal, go to Wallet → Transaction History or Wallet → Withdrawal and scroll down to "Recent Withdrawals."
- If a "Cancel" option appears next to your transaction, you can click it to cancel the withdrawal.
- If the option does not appear, the withdrawal is irreversible, and you will not be able to cancel it.
Entering a Withdrawal Address:
- When entering the withdrawal address, copy and paste the address where you wish to deposit the coins.
- Double-check that the address matches the specific coin and blockchain.
- Note: If you enter the wrong address, ProBit Global will not be able to retrieve any assets lost as a result. Ensure the address is correct before confirming the transaction.
24-Hour Withdrawal Restriction:
- A 24-hour restriction on withdrawal amounts will be imposed on your account after the following actions:
- Password reset
- Passkey deletion
- OTP or security key deletion
- Phone number change or deletion
