How to Verify Your Balance?

To check the balance available in your ProBit Global wallet, Please follow these steps:

1. Click ‘Wallet’ in the menu at the top of the home page.
2. Select ‘Balance’ from the dropdown menu.

Once you access your wallet, you will see detailed information, including your total balance, balance, available funds, market change (%), and actions you can take.

  • Total Balance - Total value of coins held in the wallet, estimated in your selected currency.


You can view the estimated value of your balance in the currency you selected. Please choose a currency from Market or Fiat.

*In the 'Market' section, you can choose from USDT, BTC, or ETH.
In the 'Fiat' option, you can select USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies (e.g., CAD, JPY, INR, etc.).

How often is the exchange rate updated?  The exchange rate is updated every 30 minutes.

  • Balance - the total amount of coins held in the wallet. This amount applies to all assets including coins that are locked up in ongoing transactions  (such as open orders or staking).
  • Available - the amount of coins held in the wallet that are available for transactions. THIS does not include coins that are locked up in ongoing transactions (such as open orders or staking).

  • Market change (%) - This displays market volatility changes over 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days.
    * Please note that this reflects changes in the ProBit Global market and not your personal profit and loss (P&L) changes.

How often is the 24-hour market change percentage (%) updated?

The market change percentage (%) is updated every hour. The data compares trading volume at the current time to the total volume exactly 24 hours prior. For instance, if it's currently 9:00 AM, the data compares the current volume to the total volume from 9:00 AM the day before.

How often is the exchange rate updated? The exchange rate is updated every 30 minutes.

  • Details - Clicking on "Details" will show you more information about that specific coin.

  • Action - This will take you directly to the category you click on, such as Stake, Buy Crypto, Convert, Deposit, Withdraw, or Trade.

Another way to view your balance is via the trading platform. Click on Exchange in the top menu. On the bottom left corner, you will find a summary of the balance in your wallet.

Why are my coins not showing up in my wallet?

Please note that If you have any ongoing transactions, such as open orders or staking, the coins involved in those transactions will be temporarily unavailable. These coins, which are locked in open orders and staking, are only visible in your Total Balance and will not appear in your Available Balance.

How are the coin values calculated in my wallet balance

The coin values in your wallet are calculated using the following formula:

USDT VALUE = LAST TRADED PRICE x NUMBER OF COINS

If the coin value displayed differs from your expected value, recalculate it using the last traded price.

Why is my wallet balance different from my deposit address balance on the blockchain?

To better protect user deposited funds, ProBit Global uses a combination of secure storage methods ("cold wallets," which are offline, and "hot wallets," which are online). A blockchain explorer might only show the balance of a specific hot wallet, not your total balance.  To see your total balance, please go to the "Balance" page within the "Wallet" section on the ProBit Global website.
