What are ‘internal transfers’ and ‘on-chain’ transactions?

An ‘internal transfer’ is a process of depositing or withdrawing from one ProBit Global account to another ProBit Global account. By using this method, ProBit Global users can easily send funds to other ProBit recipients immediately without the need for blockchain or fee payment.

‘On-chain’ transactions are deposits or withdrawals recorded on a blockchain. These transactions can be publicly verified at any time using the network (blockchain) explorer. For all ‘on-chain’ transactions sent from one platform or exchange to another, fees are required.

To make a withdrawal using the ‘on Chain’ option, log in to your account, visit your wallet, and select the ‘On-Chain’ tab.

  1. Wallet > Withdrawal > On-chain;
  2. Select coin/token and select network;
  3. Add or select the withdrawal address from the address book.

How to make an internal transfer between ProBit Global accounts?

To make an internal transfer from one ProBit Global account to another, login to your account, visit your wallet, and select the ‘Internal transfer’ tab.

You will be able to add or select the receiver by searching the ProBit Global user’s Email or their ProBit UID number.

  1. Wallet > Withdrawal > Internal transfer;
  2. Select Email or UID;
  3. Add or select Email or UID from the address book.

After clicking on  ‘Address book’, a pop-up will appear where email addresses or UID can be selected from your saved list.

By selecting ‘UID’, the pop-up will show all the saved UIDs from your Address book with their labels:

 

By selecting ‘Email’, the pop-up will show all the saved emails from your Address book with their labels:

Once you select the receiver and the amount to be transferred, click on the ‘withdrawal’ button. Your coins will be immediately sent to the other ProBit Global wallet free of charge.

Is there any fee for internal transfers between ProBit?

Internal transfers between ProBit Global accounts are instant and free of charge.
