What is "Disable Account"?
The "Disable Account" feature is a security measure that allows users to immediately freeze their accounts if any suspicious activity is detected, such as:
- Unrecognized logins
- Unauthorized withdrawal requests
- Unauthorized password changes
- Email hacking
How to Disable Your Account on the Website?
If you need to disable your account to protect your funds, follow these steps:
- Log in and navigate to My Page > Account.:
- "Under the Security Log, you can view all active sessions related to your account. If you notice any unrecognized activity, click on Disable Account.
- Carefully read the disclaimer, check the box, and select Disable Account.
- What Happens After Disabling Your Account:
- You will be logged out from all devices.
- To re-enable your account, you will need to submit a request through our Support team. For more details, please visit the How to Re-enable Account article.

- Log in to your account.
- Go to the App Settings menu.
- Select Disable Account, read the disclaimer, and click Disable Account.
