What is "Disable Account"?

The "Disable Account" feature is a security measure that allows users to immediately freeze their accounts if any suspicious activity is detected, such as:

  • Unrecognized logins
  • Unauthorized withdrawal requests
  • Unauthorized password changes
  • Email hacking


How to Disable Your Account on the Website?

If you need to disable your account to protect your funds, follow these steps:

  1. Log in and navigate to My Page > Account.:

  1. "Under the Security Log, you can view all active sessions related to your account. If you notice any unrecognized activity, click on Disable Account.


 

  1. Carefully read the disclaimer, check the box, and select Disable Account.


        

  1. What Happens After Disabling Your Account:
  • You will be logged out from all devices.
  • To re-enable your account, you will need to submit a request through our Support team. For more details, please visit the How to Re-enable Account article.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the App Settings menu.
  • Select Disable Account, read the disclaimer, and click Disable Account.

You will only be able to re-enable your account after 24 hours. To request re-enablement, please contact our Support team. For more information, refer to the How to Re-enable an Account article.
