A UID, or User Identification Number, is a unique identifier assigned to each user within the ProBit Global platform. This number ensures secure and efficient management of user accounts and transactions. Your UID is exclusive to your account, playing a crucial role in identifying account issues and aiding our customer support team in resolving any problems you may encounter.
How to find your UID
Desktop
- Log in to your ProBit Global account
- Hover over and click on "My Page"
- Your UID is displayed on your profile page
IOS & Android
- Log in to your IOS or Android ProBit Global App
- Click on "Settings"
- Your UID number is displayed at the top left corner
