This article will guide you through the process of managing your devices on ProBit Global.
To proceed, please log in to your account and navigate to your “My Page - Security” section:
- After logging in, please click the “My Page” in the top right corner, then select your email address from the dropdown menu as shown below: :
- Navigate to the “Security” section.
- Scroll down until you find the “Device management” section.
How to check all your logged-in devices
To view all devices currently logged into your account:
- Go to the “Device management” section.
- In the "Recent" section, you'll see a list of all devices that have accessed your account within the past 30 days, along with their locations and IP addresses.
- If the status is 'Currently in use,' the device is still logged in. In this case, the "Log out" button on the right will be active, allowing you to log out from that device.
If the device is logged out, the status will show the last login time, and the “Log out” button will be disabled.
How to view your list of trusted devices
To identify your trusted devices:
- Look for a blue checkmark above the device icon. This checkmark indicates that the device is marked as trusted.
- Trusted devices bypass two-factor authentication (2FA).
How to force logout from a specific device
To log out from a specific device:
Click the “Log Out” button located to the right of the device information for the device you wish to log out from.
How to remove a device from the list of trusted devices
To remove a device from your trusted devices list:
Press the “Delete” button located to the right of the device information for the device you want to remove.
